Past experiences, daily hassles, and complicated family dynamics can sometimes get in the way of our well-being. I have spent many years working with people dealing with the effects of these struggles. I offer therapeutic services for anxiety management, depression, peer and intimate relationship skill building, difficult transition periods with grief and loss, and weight management. I also have worked with children and families in the CWS system, Judiciary system, and shelter services. My services are for children 8-12 years old, teens 13-17 years old, young adults 18-26, and adults of all ages to help them rebalance their lives and increase daily well-being.
